• You own your original lyrics.
• You own your vocal recordings (master vocals).
• You own your performance.

3. Editing the Beat

You may edit the beat as necessary for your song, including:

• Trimming the intro or outro
• Adjusting volume or EQ
• Fading sections
• Mixing and mastering
• Adding vocals or sound effects

However, you may not:

• Claim ownership of the beat.
• Remove or replace major musical elements in order to present the beat as your own original instrumental.
• Sell, license, or distribute edited versions of the beat as standalone instrumentals.
• Create derivative instrumental works intended to compete with or replace the original beat.

Editing the beat does not grant ownership of the beat.

4. Copyright Registration

You may register your lyrics and vocal recordings with the appropriate copyright authorities.

You may not:

• Register the beat as your own musical composition.
• Register the instrumental or any altered version of the instrumental as your own work.
• Register the beat with YouTube Content ID, Facebook Rights Manager, Audible Magic, or any similar automated copyright system.
• Take any action that prevents other licensed users from using the beat.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

6. Non-Exclusive License

This beat is downloaded as a non-exclusive license.

Because of this, you agree that you will not:

• Submit copyright strikes against other licensed users.
• Attempt to remove another licensed user's content solely because it uses the same beat.

7. Artificial Intelligence

You may not use this beat, in whole or in part, to train, develop, improve, or test artificial intelligence or machine learning systems without prior written permission from Zatreon Dizadare.

8. Termination

Any violation of this agreement automatically terminates your license.

Upon termination, all rights granted under this license immediately end, and continued use of the beat constitutes copyright infringement.

9. Credit

Credit is mandatory for all free uses of this beat.

You MUST include "Produced by Zatreon Dizadare" in your title, or description.

Failure to provide proper credit violates this agreement and terminates your license.
