This Privacy Policy is written with integrity. Every word here is intended to be honest, plain, and protective of the people who trust us with their information. We explain exactly what we collect, why we collect it, who may see it, and every right that belongs to the individual. Grandeur Excellence operates as a Wyoming sole proprietorship at grandeurexcellence.com.

1. What We Collect

Information is collected only to the extent required to fulfill a defined purpose. This community is built on trust, and the handling of personal data reflects that responsibility.

Personal Information

  • Identifiers: Name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number.
  • Payment Details: Processed exclusively through PCI-DSS compliant third-party processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). Full card numbers are never stored on our servers.
  • Order Information: Records of apparel acquired through the site and any related correspondence.

Usage Data

  • Technical Data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, access timestamps, and device information, collected via cookies and similar technologies to help us understand how this community engages with the site.

Communication Data

  • Messages and feedback voluntarily submitted through our contact form.

Sensitive information is not collected: no health data, no government-issued identifiers, and no financial account details beyond what is necessary for payment processing.

2. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR — Article 6)

For members of this community located in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, every instance of data processing rests on a specific lawful basis under GDPR Article 6.

  • Contractual Necessity (Art. 6(1)(b)): Processing required to fulfill an order, manage shipping, and provide support.
  • Legal Obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)): Processing required for tax, financial, and regulatory reporting under U.S. federal and Wyoming state law.
  • Legitimate Interests (Art. 6(1)(f)): Fraud prevention, website security, and business analytics, where those interests are not overridden by individual rights.
  • Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): Non-essential cookies and marketing communications. Consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

3. How We Use Your Information

Every use of personal information serves a defined and purposeful function. Data collected in connection with this community is used to:

  • Process and fulfill apparel orders, including printing and shipping through third-party providers (e.g., Printful, USPS).
  • Communicate about orders, account activity, or important service updates.
  • Improve the site, analyze traffic patterns, and personalize the experience of each visitor.
  • Comply with tax reporting obligations under Wyoming and U.S. federal law.
  • Prevent fraud, enforce our terms, and protect the integrity of this community and its mission.

4. Who We Share Your Information With

Personal information is never sold to third parties.

Sharing occurs only where operationally or legally necessary:

  • Service Providers: Payment processors, print-on-demand partners, and shipping carriers are engaged solely to fulfill the practical functions required to bring the apparel to each member of this community. All are contractually bound to protect data and process it solely on our behalf. Where required by GDPR, formal Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) are in place with each processor.
  • Legal Compliance: Information may be disclosed to respond to lawful requests, legal process, or governmental requirements, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.
  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with prior notice where legally required.

5. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

This site uses cookies in two distinct categories, each with a different legal basis.

  • Strictly Necessary: Required for core functions such as cart management and session handling. These operate without requiring consent.

For EEA and UK users, these are deployed only upon explicit prior consent via the cookie consent banner. U.S. users may opt out at any time through the Google Analytics Opt-out browser add-on or browser settings.

12. Intellectual Property & Ownership

The Grandeur Excellence philosophy was conceived, developed, and is owned by Zatreon Dizadare, the founder of Grandeur Excellence, operating as a Wyoming sole proprietorship. Zatreon Dizadare retains sole and exclusive ownership of all original creative, philosophical, and written works produced under the Grandeur Excellence name, regardless of the medium or platform through which those works are published.

The ten virtues at the center of this philosophy are expressed through the words Altruism, Equanimity, Indomitable, Inexorable, Magnanimity, Resilience, Sagacity, Sapience, Transcendence, and Perseverance. These are words belonging to the English language, and no claim of ownership is made over the words themselves. What Zatreon Dizadare owns exclusively is the original body of work built around them: the specific philosophical frameworks, written interpretations, descriptions, and meanings assigned to each virtue within the Grandeur Excellence system; the selection and curation of these ten words as a unified philosophy; and all creative, commercial, and community expressions derived from that original framework.

Protected intellectual property includes, without limitation:

  • The Grandeur Excellence philosophy as a complete and original body of thought.
  • The original written descriptions, interpretations, and philosophical frameworks developed for each of the ten virtues within this system.
  • The selection, curation, and structural arrangement of the ten virtues as a unified philosophical framework.
  • The community structure, organizational framework, and methodology built around the philosophy.
  • All branding, visual identity, logos, graphic design, and imagery associated with Grandeur Excellence.
  • Any written or recorded expressions of the philosophy in any format, including social media, email, video, audio, or print.

No portion of any protected material may be reproduced, distributed, adapted, translated, published, publicly displayed, sold, licensed, or used for commercial purposes without the express prior written permission of Zatreon Dizadare. Unauthorized use constitutes copyright infringement and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under applicable U.S. and international law.

This protection applies independently of any apparel transaction and independently of any other commercial activity conducted through this site. Acquiring apparel from Grandeur Excellence does not convey any license, assignment, or transfer of intellectual property rights of any kind.

Individuals are encouraged to live the virtues, speak about them, and carry the philosophy forward into their communities. The ripple effect is the purpose. The intellectual framework, its commercial expressions, and all written works created under the Grandeur Excellence name remain the exclusive property of Zatreon Dizadare.

13. Community Submissions

If community members submit reviews, testimonials, photos, videos, or other content through any form or channel on this site, they grant Grandeur Excellence a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to display, reproduce, and share that content in connection with the Grandeur Excellence community and philosophy. Submitted content must not infringe third-party rights, contain false statements, or violate applicable law. Grandeur Excellence reserves the right to remove any submitted content at its sole discretion.

14. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Grandeur Excellence and Zatreon Dizadare shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with:

  • The use of, or inability to use, this website or any content published on it.
  • Any action or decision made by a visitor or community member based on content found on this site.
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of user data.
  • Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the website or any of its features.
  • Any third-party conduct, content, or service linked to or referenced from this site.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which a claim is brought, including contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, and applies even if Grandeur Excellence has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

This website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. No warranty is made, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose of any content published here.
