Refund policy

Grandeur Excellence is a philosophy. Apparel is how that philosophy is carried outward into the world. Each hoodie represents a deliberate choice by the person wearing it, and that choice deserves to be honored. Because every piece is produced specifically for the person who orders it, returns and refunds are handled with precision rather than blanket policies. This Return and Refund Policy is governed by our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and is part of the complete agreement between you and Grandeur Excellence, a Wyoming sole proprietorship owned by Zatreon Dizadare.
1. Custom Nature of Products
- Every hoodie is printed on demand only after an order is placed.
- Because each piece is produced specifically for the person who ordered it, items are non-returnable and non-refundable except as stated below.
- Grandeur Excellence and Zatreon Dizadare bear no liability for dissatisfaction arising from a change of preference or expectation not grounded in a defect or fulfillment error.
2. Eligible Returns — Quality Issues Only
A replacement or refund may be requested within 14 calendar days of delivery if the item is:
- Defective: printing errors, damaged fabric, or stitching issues.
- Incorrect: wrong size, color, or design shipped compared to the order placed.
Returns are not accepted for:
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse.
- Sizing errors resulting from customer-provided measurements.
- Minor color variations between screen display and physical print.
- Carrier delays in delivery.
3. How to Request a Return
- Submit a request within 14 days of delivery via our contact form.
- Include the following:
- Your order number.
- Clear photos of the defect or incorrect item.
- A description of the issue.
- Do not ship anything back unless we instruct you to. We coordinate directly with our print partner.
We respond within 2 business days. If the request is approved:
- A prepaid return label is issued for U.S. domestic orders. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Upon receipt and verification, we send a replacement or issue a full refund to the original payment method.
4. Refund Timeline
- Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after approval.
- Funds appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
- Grandeur Excellence is not responsible for delays imposed by financial institutions after a refund has been issued.
5. Non-Refundable Items
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
- Requests submitted more than 30 days after delivery.
- Custom text or uploaded designs, including errors originating from the customer.
6. Shipping Delays & Lost Packages
- Grandeur Excellence is not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages after proof of shipment has been provided.
- Once an order is transferred to a carrier, all risk of loss passes to the buyer. Claims must be filed directly with the carrier using the tracking information provided. We are glad to assist with any documentation needed.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of Grandeur Excellence and Zatreon Dizadare for any claim arising from or related to an order shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific item in question. Grandeur Excellence and Zatreon Dizadare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from a fulfilled or unfulfilled order, a delivery dispute, or any dissatisfaction with a product that does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2 of this policy.
