Shipping policy

Grandeur Excellence is a philosophy. Apparel is how that philosophy is carried outward into the world, and every hoodie is produced specifically for the person who ordered it. Because each piece is printed on demand through trusted third-party partners (e.g., Printful) only after an order is placed, the fulfillment and shipping process reflects the same intentionality the philosophy is built on. This Shipping Policy is owned by Zatreon Dizadare, founder of Grandeur Excellence, a Wyoming sole proprietorship, and is incorporated into our Terms of Service and Return and Refund Policy.


1. Production Time

  • Production: 3–7 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays. Most orders ship within 5 business days.
  • Production begins after payment is confirmed and the design is approved.
  • Production timelines are estimates. Grandeur Excellence and Zatreon Dizadare are not liable for production delays caused by third-party print partners or circumstances outside our direct control.

All delivery windows are estimates only. Grandeur Excellence and Zatreon Dizadare are not liable for delays caused by customs processing, weather, carrier volume, or any other condition arising after an order is transferred to a carrier.


3. Shipping Rates

  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected carrier.
  • Free shipping may be offered during select promotions and will be clearly stated when available.
  • Multiple items may ship separately if produced at different fulfillment facilities. No additional shipping charges are incurred for split shipments.

4. Carriers

Orders are shipped through reliable carrier partners including:

  • USPS, UPS, FedEx for U.S. domestic orders.
  • DHL, Canada Post, Royal Mail, and Australia Post for international orders.

Tracking numbers are emailed automatically once an order ships. Grandeur Excellence does not control carrier performance, scheduling, or delivery outcomes once an order has been handed off.


5. Order Tracking

  • Order status and tracking information are accessible via the link in your shipping confirmation email.
  • If no tracking update has appeared within 10 business days of shipment, please reach out through our contact form.

6. International Orders

  • Customs and Duties: All import taxes, duties, and fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in shipping costs.
  • The full order value is declared on customs forms as required by U.S. law. Grandeur Excellence will not falsify customs declarations under any circumstances.
  • Delivery delays resulting from customs clearance are outside our control. No refunds or replacements are issued for delays attributable to customs processing.

7. Address Accuracy

  • A complete and correct shipping address must be provided at checkout. The buyer bears full responsibility for the accuracy of the address submitted.
  • Grandeur Excellence and Zatreon Dizadare are not liable for undeliverable packages resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery, or unclaimed packages returned to sender.
  • Reshipping an undeliverable order due to address error requires additional payment. No refund will be issued for the original order in such cases.

8. Lost or Delayed Packages

  • Lost in transit: File a claim directly with the carrier using your tracking number. We are glad to assist with any documentation needed.
  • Delayed packages: Allow up to 30 days for domestic orders and 60 days for international orders before treating a package as lost.
  • Once proof of shipment has been provided, Grandeur Excellence and Zatreon Dizadare bear no liability for packages lost, delayed, stolen, or damaged in transit. All such claims are the responsibility of the carrier.

9. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes in certain countries due to carrier limitations.
  • Countries subject to U.S. sanctions, as required by federal law.
  • Freight forwarders, unless pre-approved.

Orders placed to restricted destinations will be cancelled and refunded. Grandeur Excellence reserves the right to restrict shipping to any destination at its sole discretion.


10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of Grandeur Excellence and Zatreon Dizadare for any shipping-related claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question. Grandeur Excellence and Zatreon Dizadare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from production delays, carrier delays, lost packages, customs holds, or any other event occurring after an order is placed and payment is confirmed.

Every person who carries one of these virtues deserves a clear and timely resolution when something goes wrong in transit. All shipping inquiries may be submitted through our contact form with the following information:

  • Your order number.
  • Your tracking number, if available.
  • A description of the issue.

We respond within 2 business days.
