Grandeur Excellence is founded in Cheyenne, Wyoming and operates at grandeurexcellence.com ("Site") as a sole proprietorship owned by Zatreon Dizadare. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Site, including all content, community engagement, and the purchase of apparel. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Use of the Site

You must be 18 or older, or have verifiable parental consent, to use this Site.
You agree not to misuse the Site. Prohibited conduct includes hacking, scraping, uploading malicious code, or any activity that interferes with the Site's operation or security.
Access may be suspended or terminated at any time for violations of these Terms, without prior notice.
Use of this Site for purposes that contradict the virtues and community standards of Grandeur Excellence may result in termination of access at the sole discretion of Zatreon Dizadare.

2. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance. Grandeur Excellence reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time, including after confirmation.
Prices are listed in USD. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout and are subject to change without notice.
Payment is processed securely through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). By placing an order, you authorize a charge for your full order total.
Orders are fulfilled through print-on-demand partners (e.g., Printful). Production begins after payment is confirmed. Typical fulfillment takes 3–7 business days, plus shipping transit time.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are estimates only. Grandeur Excellence is not liable for delays caused by carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS).
Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country. These are your sole responsibility.

4. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Defective or incorrect items: Contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery via our contact form. If the issue is verified, we will replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.
Non-returnable items: All hoodies are custom-printed to order and are not eligible for return or exchange due to change of mind.
No refunds will be issued for requests submitted more than 30 days after delivery.

5. Intellectual Property & Ownership

The Grandeur Excellence philosophy was conceived, developed, and is owned by Zatreon Dizadare. Zatreon Dizadare retains sole and exclusive ownership of all original creative, philosophical, and written works produced under the Grandeur Excellence name, regardless of the medium or platform through which those works are published.

The ten virtues at the center of this philosophy are expressed through the words Altruism, Equanimity, Indomitable, Inexorable, Magnanimity, Resilience, Sagacity, Sapience, Transcendence, and Perseverance. These are words belonging to the English language, and no claim of ownership is made over the words themselves. What Zatreon Dizadare owns exclusively is the original body of work built around them: the specific philosophical frameworks, written interpretations, descriptions, and meanings assigned to each virtue within the Grandeur Excellence system; the selection and curation of these ten words as a unified philosophy; and all creative, commercial, and community expressions derived from that original framework.

Protected intellectual property includes, without limitation:

The Grandeur Excellence philosophy as a complete and original body of thought.
The original written descriptions, interpretations, and philosophical frameworks developed for each of the ten virtues within this system.
The selection, curation, and structural arrangement of the ten virtues as a unified philosophical framework.
The community structure, organizational framework, and methodology built around the philosophy.
All designs, graphics, branding, visual identity, logos, and imagery associated with Grandeur Excellence.
Any written or recorded expressions of the philosophy in any format, including social media, email, video, audio, or print.

No portion of any protected material may be reproduced, distributed, adapted, translated, published, publicly displayed, sold, licensed, or used for commercial purposes without the express prior written permission of Zatreon Dizadare. Unauthorized use constitutes copyright infringement and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under applicable U.S. and international law.

Acquiring apparel from Grandeur Excellence does not convey any license, assignment, or transfer of intellectual property rights of any kind. You retain ownership of any custom text you personally submit for printing. By submitting it, you grant Grandeur Excellence a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

Individuals are encouraged to live the virtues, speak about them, and carry the philosophy forward into their communities. The intellectual framework, its commercial expressions, and all written works created under the Grandeur Excellence name remain the exclusive property of Zatreon Dizadare.

6. User Content & Prohibited Designs

You are solely responsible for any text or images submitted with your order or through any channel on this Site.

Grandeur Excellence will refuse, and may cancel without refund, any order containing:

Content that infringes any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right.
Hate speech, content promoting violence, or any illegal material.
Obscene or pornographic content.

If community members submit reviews, testimonials, photos, videos, or other content through any form or channel on this Site, they grant Grandeur Excellence a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to display, reproduce, and share that content in connection with the Grandeur Excellence community and philosophy. Submitted content must not infringe third-party rights, contain false statements, or violate applicable law. Grandeur Excellence reserves the right to remove any submitted content at its sole discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Grandeur Excellence and Zatreon Dizadare shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with:

The use of, or inability to use, this Site or any content published on it.
Any action or decision made by a visitor or community member based on content found on this Site.
Any product purchased through this Site.
Unauthorized access to or alteration of user data.
Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Site or any of its features.
Any third-party conduct, content, or service linked to or referenced from this Site.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which a claim is brought, including contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, and applies even if Grandeur Excellence has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question, or $50 where no purchase was involved.

Website Availability

This Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. No warranty is made, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose of any content published here. Grandeur Excellence does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Products are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by Wyoming law.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Grandeur Excellence and Zatreon Dizadare from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from: your violation of these Terms; content you submit through the Site; your infringement of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity; or your use of the Site in any manner not authorized by these Terms.

9. Copyright Infringement (DMCA)

All original content published at grandeurexcellence.com is protected under U.S. copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of this content will be pursued to the full extent available under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable law.

Reporting Infringement of Our Content

If you become aware that any content originally created and published by Zatreon Dizadare or Grandeur Excellence has been reproduced, distributed, or used without authorization, please notify us through the contact form. Include a description of the original work, the location of the infringing material, and your contact information.

DMCA Takedown Notices

If you believe in good faith that content published on this Site infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice via the contact form. Your notice must include: (1) a description of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; (2) the specific URL or location of the allegedly infringing material; (3) your contact information; (4) a statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized; (5) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf; and (6) your physical or electronic signature.

Knowingly submitting a false DMCA notice may result in liability for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).

Counter-Notices

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice through the contact form with the information required under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we may restore the removed content after the statutory waiting period unless the original complainant seeks a court order.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Laramie County, Wyoming. You consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
All disputes must be brought on an individual basis. Class actions, class arbitrations, and representative proceedings are not permitted.

11. Force Majeure

Grandeur Excellence is not liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including strikes, supply chain disruptions, natural disasters, pandemics, or acts of government.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
