Non-Exclusive License Agreement

1. Grant of License

Upon purchase, Zatreon Dizadare grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the accompanying audio file. You are permitted to use the beat for digital video content creation (e.g., YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels, Vimeo), professional films (including independent and student films), video games, apps, multimedia projects, AND for creating songs intended for free showcase and content creation.

2. Pricing & Royalty Information

License Fee: $111.00 USD.
Royalty-Free: This license is 100% Royalty-Free. You are not required to pay Zatreon Dizadare any backend royalties, percentage of earnings, or recurring fees regardless of your project's success or revenue.

3. Strictly Prohibited Uses & Registration Conflicts

To protect the integrity of the producer's work and avoid conflicts with other license holders, you are strictly prohibited from:

  • Streaming Platforms: Distributing the beat as standalone audio on Spotify, Apple Music, Tidal, etc., unless accompanied by a significant visual component (video).
  • Registration Conflicts: Registering the songs or the underlying beat with any performing rights organization (PROs such as ASCAP, BMI, SESAC), copyright office, or Content ID systems is strictly prohibited. Because this is a non-exclusive license, the beat is owned by Zatreon Dizadare and licensed to many users. Registering it creates a legal conflict, falsely claims ownership, and will cause copyright strikes against other legitimate users.
  • Content ID Fingerprinting: Uploading the beat to YouTube Content ID, Shazam, or similar services. Doing so will result in immediate claims against your own channel and others.
  • Redistribution: Selling, leasing, trading, or giving away the beat in its original or modified form.

4. Ownership & Copyright

Zatreon Dizadare retains 100% of the copyrights, publishing rights, and ownership of the beat. You do not acquire any ownership rights whatsoever.

5. Credit Requirement

You must provide clear, visible credit in the video description or credits reading: "Produced by Zatreon Dizadare".

6. Exclusivity

This is a non-exclusive license. The beat may continue to be sold to other creators until an exclusive rights agreement is purchased.

7. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Restrictions

To protect the originality and copyright of the composition, you are strictly prohibited from utilizing the Beat in any AI-related capacity, including but not limited to:

  • AI Training & Generation: Uploading, inputting, or "feeding" the Beat into any artificial intelligence software, machine learning models, or generative music tools to create derivative works.
  • AI Stem Separation: Using AI-powered stem separation tools to isolate instruments, vocals, or drums from the Beat for unauthorized remixing.
Violation Warning: Failure to comply with these terms, including the misuse of AI tools and attempting to register the copyright, constitutes copyright infringement. This will result in immediate legal action and permanent banning from this store.
